Essential oils 101

Welcome to the world of essential oils! I've been using essential oils for the past 15 years in my home made beauty and cleaning products. A lot of people ask about essential oils: how to use them, how to make them and which ones are good for what? Essential oils are fun and easy to use while offering health benefits such as increased focus, energy, relaxation, relief of asthma symptoms and so much more! But there are rules about using essential oils safely and wisely. We will explore both benefits and safety issues in this class as well as make an essential oil glass roll-on bottle to take home.
